General Information

(I) parcel

By default, all our shipments are trackable and we provide you a tracking number.
Germany shipment: We ship with DHL delivery service.
USA shipment: We ship with USPS and German Post delivery service.
Worldwide shipment: We use the Deutsche Post for small and medium-sized parcels. German Post has colabrations with many countries and their local Postal deliverers.
DHL: We also use DHL service to send larger packages worldwide.
Cost: By default, we many take 0.00€ for orders of small items over 49.00€. Shipping costs depend on the choices you make when you check out.
Prices may differ for remote areas, and particular products.

(II) Paying

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and more... We also accept direct payment to EMZOD e.K. account. - Always use your order number and purchase date as the "purpose" for this method (transfer).

(III) Returns

You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. If you cancel the order, please return the received item to EMZOD as soon as possible. To exercise your right, all articles must be returned to - EMZOD e.K., Rödingsmarkt 52, 20459 Hamburg, Germany. If you are a customer in the USA, please return the article to - NOXSPOT LLC, 2053 Oakleaf Lane, Lithia Springs, GA 30122, United States.

When sending back items like Pills and Creams: Make sure the product is intact and has not been opened or used. Please note that in the Pills and Creams category, your return may not be accepted by our company and your money may not be refunded if you have already opened or used any of the above items.

(IV) Final Destinations

EMZOD® is not responsible for extra Duties, Taxes or Fees incurred on final destinations.
International buyers outside of Europe: Buyers understand that destination customs may ask them to pay additional tax upon arrival of the packages.

If your order goes above 49.00€ your delivery is FREE! Have fun shopping!

We make sure that your package is discreet. You, the buyer, is the only person who knows what's inside. We send packages within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Domestic parcel delivery usually takes 2-5 days, depending on the location. If you would like your order to be shipped by express, please select the option at checkout or contact us.


What does my package look like?

To ensure discretion, your purchase will be delivered in a plan brown/white box or plan bubble pad envelope with your order items concealed so that there is no indication of what is in the package.

When will I receive my order?

We offer different delivery options so that you can choose the most suitable for you. DHL, Deutsche post or USPS delivery is very popular and is guaranteed to be delivered to you also on Saturdays. Orders placed before 12 p.m. on working days may arrive the next working day. Our delivery options for DHL, Deutsche Post and USPS delivery also include emails with a delivery status update so you know when your parcel is arriving.

Where does EMZOD® deliver?

We ship to all of Germany, the USA, Europe and over 30 other nations worldwide. The shipping costs depend on the country you are ordering from. How long it takes for your order to arrive also depends on your location. International deliveries usually take around 4-10 days.

What if I am not there when the parcel delivery service arrives?

To prevent this, you can use your tracking number to monitor where your package is to get a better idea of when it will be delivered. My order has not yet arrived. What should I do?

Do not hesitate to, contact our customer service with your order information and reason and we will try our best to resolve any issues with your delivery. If your order did not arrive on the day it was supposed to be received, your tracking number can be used to track it. Your courier may have already tried or left a collection card with information about your package. Please always check your mailbox carefully for such cards. You may just have to go to your nearby postal service to collect your package.

At EMZOD®, we pride ourselves on providing high quality products and services. Nevertheless, if for any reason you wish to return the item you received, we made it easy for you too. EMZOD® has a 14 day hassle-free return policy and our customer service is always available to answer your questions.

How can I return an item to EMZOD?

If upon delivery you discover that the parcel packaging has been damaged and your items have been damaged too, contact us as soon as possible to arrange a re-shipment.
Returning items to us is very easy. you start by Contacting us first.
Would you like to return an item because you no longer want it or due to you changed your mind! No problem, you can return it to us in its original status within 14 days for a hassle-free refund.
We will notify you when our warehouse has received the item and when your item has been resent or refund has been issued. This way you will stay up to date at all points throughout your return process.
In case of a refund, you will be refunded through the same payment method you used to purchase your items.
To ensure our warehouse successfully receives your returns, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping method to follow parcel along and to ensure delivery.
Please note that for hygienic reasons, pills, cream, shaves, underwears or items of clothing cannot be reimbursed after they have been opened, used or worn.

An item is missing from my order what should I do?

If you think an item is missing from your order, please inform us immediately. Contact us and Let us know your order number and your name. In any case, we will contact you as soon as possible to send you the missing items.

I received a faulty item how do we process?

When will I get my refund after you received my return?

Depending on your payment method, card issuer and bank, refunds may take 1-4 business days.

How long does it take for item I returned to get to you?

Internationals: I live in a different country than Germany and USA.
European deliveries to Germany always take a little longer. Please exercise patience up to 8 working days until your delivery is back in our warehouse
International deliveries to Germany always take a little longer. Please exercise patience up to 20 working days until your delivery is back in our warehouse.
We repeat, it is very important you use a traceable postal method like a registered mail and etc. so you can trace the parcel status and this also ensures your package will at least reach our warehouse.

How do I know you received my return?

In connection with the sale of batteries or with the delivery of devices containing batteries, we are obliged to draw your attention to the following You are legally obliged to return used batteries as end user.
